IN BOGOTA

Bogota is once again the official Latin American venue for BIME, the essential event for music industry professionals and an opportunity for local audiences to discover first-hand the artists who will be trending in the near future.

BIME is the reference meeting of the Music Industry at an international level.

In 2023 BIME celebrates its 2nd edition in Bogota from May 3 to 6 and the 11th in Bilbao from October 25 to 28, making these cities the epicenter of music, innovation and international business.

The meeting has two main verticals:

BIME PRO, a full program of talks, workshops and conferences to reflect on the challenges and the future of the sector; which takes place over 3 days with professional activities and networking.

BIME LIVE an extensive live music program that floods the city with music for 4 days, bringing the latest musical trends from all over the world so that both professionals attending the meeting and the general public can discover the talents of the future and the most avant-garde proposals of the moment.

OPERATION OF THE PRESS ACCREDITATION SYSTEM

The deadline for press accreditation is now closed.

1.REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET

Prior publication or issuance of information on BIME is required in order to apply for accreditation.

Accreditations can only be requested through the press section of the BIME website.

2. HOW TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION

We will soon activate an accreditation request form in this section. It is necessary to fill out one form per person.

It is very important that the e-mail address you include in the form is checked daily. Informational communications to accredited persons shall be made through this channel.

3. ACCREDITATION LIMITS

In the case of radios and websites, there is a maximum of one accreditation per medium.

In the case of the written press, a maximum of two accreditations will be given per medium, one for photography and the other for editing. No more than one person from each section will be accepted for the same written media.

In the case of television stations, a maximum of three accreditations per medium will be granted. One of them should be a writing assignment.

The number of graphics professionals allowed by the bands is limited. The Organization will provide quality photographs to the media that do not obtain such accreditation.

4. RESOLUTIONS

Those whose accreditations have been approved will be notified by email.

Accreditations do not guarantee that all BIME PRO activities or all BIME LIVE performances can be photographed and/or filmed, as some artists or professionals have their own rules and have the final say on graphic and audiovisual coverage. The Organization will communicate the corresponding restrictions.

5. COLLECTION OF ACCREDITATIONS

The accreditations will be collected during the first day of BIME PRO at the accreditation desk of the venue, presenting the confirmation you will receive by email and an identity document.

6. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Press accreditation does not give access to the VIP area, artists’ dressing rooms or areas of exclusive access to the Organization’s staff.

There will be no accreditation for press vehicles.

The Organization reserves the right to invalidate press accreditations at any time.
