What is the legal framework within which artists can develop their creative activity in a lawful manner? What are the limits set by the system within that framework? What about the penalties they could incur? What guarantees and protections does the law offer to cultural professionals?

We propose a dialogue between legal experts and artists on freedom of artistic creation, possible limits, cancellation and other issues.
