With over a decade of experience, he has been instrumental in the rise of artists such as Karol G, Eladio Carrión, Grupo Frontera and Sebastián Yatra. In 2018, he was instrumental in the creation of Rimas Entertainment, contributing to the growth of what is now the largest independent record label in the world. His work at the company was recognized in October 2024, when Billboard included him in its prestigious Latin Power Players list being part of the article “The Sky’s the Limit for Rimas,” which celebrated the label’s 10th anniversary and its impact on Latin music.

That same year, his influence in the industry was again recognized when Billboard selected him to its 40 Under 40 list, which highlights young leaders who are shaping the future of music. “My daily goal is to identify the DNA of each artist so I can design customized strategies,” Raymond shared.

Under her leadership at Habibi Management, Karol G has transcended borders, not only dominating the Latin charts, but also establishing herself as one of the most played artists worldwide. In 2023, she made history with two consecutive #1 albums on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums, breaking records for the smallest gap between the two releases. Her first stadium tour also marked a milestone, becoming the highest-grossing tour by a Latin artist in U.S. history, surpassing her own record in 2022. “We are paving the way for future Latin artists, who will no longer have to compromise their cultural identity to succeed in this industry and reach the top,” says Raymond.
