Noemí Planas

Noemí Planas is CEO of WIN, the international organization that represents the associations of independent music companies in the world. She was previously a member of the board of directors of IMPALA, the European association of independent music companies, and founder and manager of UFI, the Independent Phonographic Union of Spain. He also worked for a record label, coordinated a music festival, did concert booking and tour management, and founded his own music publishing company.
