Mauricio has concentrated on providing ongoing relationship management to US Latin labels and Indies across Latam and US, with a focus on supporting artists with promotional opportunities and tools to help enhance and grow their global audience and reach. He has also focused on consolidating and growing a solid team across Latin America. With more than 22 years of experience in music, talent scouting and online media partnerships, Mauricio was the first person in the industry to sign a music deal with Rimas Entertainment (Bad Bunny Record Label) for YouTube, leading and orchestrating Nicky Jam’s big comeback, largely driven by his record setting success on the platform. Mauricio has been honored by Billboard and Variety for his work and dedication to the Latin Music Industry and has been a key player in the development of new talent.
