In her 12 year tenure as President of SeitrackUS, Pagani has been key to strategizing, broadening and bolstering the career of numerous Mexican artists such as Alejandro Fernandez, Miguel Bosé, Zoé, Bronco, Ha*Ash and more recently Los Angeles Azules and Yuridia in the US and the South of Latin America with a special emphasis in tour marketing.
Prior to SeitrackUS, Pagani spent seventeen years at Sony Corporation, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing where she oversaw global marketing and promotion for USLatin and Latin America and the worldwide development for Latin artists. There, she developed the use of digital marketing, forged unprecedented strategic alliances and kept her finger on the pulse of music fans everywhere.
As comfortable backstage as she is in the boardroom, Pagani is widely credited with the global launch of Ricky Martin and Shakira, and for catapulting the careers of Alejandro Fernandez, Alicia Keys, Beyonce and Maroon 5 among others throughout Latin America.
Pagani has been widely recognized by the entertainment industry as a model industry leader. Named Billboard’s Top 20 Power Players – Women in Music , she consecutively has made the 2017, 2018 and 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 list of Billboard Latin Power Players. In 2019 she was also named one of ‘2019 Leading Lady in the Entertainment’ by the Latin Recording Academy (LARAS) and 2020 LAMC Wonder Women in Music in 2020. She has been included Billboard’s Women in Music 2022, 2023 and 2024 and Billboard Latin Women in Music in 2023 and 2024.
