At the head of the largest agency specializing in influencer marketing and entertainment in Brazil, Fátima Pissarra, a psychologist, journalist and marketing professional who is an expert in connecting brands and artists, has worked for more than 25 years for major companies such as BCP, Claro, Terra, Nokia and VEVO.
In addition, Fátima was a pioneer in the use of the Internet in Brazil. She was part of the web testing group in 1996 at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, from where she built a successful career in the field. Today she is recognized as one of the market’s leading experts in digital marketing.
In 2012, she decided to become an entrepreneur and opened Music2!, a company specializing in music projects for brands and the exclusive representative of VEVO in Brazil. In 2017, Mynd was born, in partnership with Preta Gil and Carlos Scappini, which helps companies and agencies identify opportunities, plan strategies and carry out entertainment and influencer marketing projects in the digital area, with its exclusive cast of more than 400 influencers and more than 400 collaborators who today carry out the most innovative projects on the market. She has also earned the title of “influencer of influencers” from the media because she has caused a real revolution in the influencer marketing market in Brazil.
Mynd, which focuses on diversity, has more than 70% female, black and LGBTQIAP+ employees, offering a plural discourse in the projects it carries out. In 2022, she received the IGUAL Seal from the Women’s Music Event (WME), which represents a milestone for gender equality in music, recognizing professionals, companies and festivals that promote a fairer and more equal market and hire women, trans and non-binary people for their teams and line-ups in Brazil.
In 2021, Fátima was nominated as a Communication Industry Leader at the Caboré Awards. In 2022, she launched the book “Profissão Influencer – Como fazer sucesso dentro e fora da internet” (Influencer Profession – How to be successful on and off the internet), was elected one of the professional Game Changers in the communications market, recognized as one of the women in Women To Watch Brasil, appeared on the list of the 500 Most Influential People in Latin America published by Bloomberg Línea, was named one of the top 100 leaders in the advertising market and one of the 25 people who have most impacted the technology sector in the country. In 2023, she was nominated for the Na Telinha award, aimed at the television market, in the Best Executive category, competing against the leaders of the main open and closed television channels, both national and international. In January 2024, the Nexxt Media Research Agency chose Fátima as one of the most influential people in technology in Brazil in 2023.
In addition to Mynd, Fátima reconciles her daily routine with motherhood, as she is the mother of three children: Carolina, 17, and twins Luiz and Beatriz, 10.
