Also, General Secretary of Instituto de Derecho de Autor in Spain; Legal Counsel of the State Society for External Cultural Action (SEACEX); and Legal Adviser for EU and international affairs to the General Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE).
Lecturer on copyright and cultural industries in several universities and seminars, both at national and international institutions, has also participated in different legal and cultural publications.
Awarded the distinction of “Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres” by the French Ministry of Culture in 2022.
Winner of the Antonio Delgado Award 2023 in the category of Intellectual Property Dissemination for “her long professional career in the defense of copyright”.
Appointed Chair of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) for 2024.
