Eli Almic’s sound and visual universe have made her one of the most prominent voices of Uruguayan rap with a projection that transcends borders. Her music fuses afro rhythms such as rap, trap, neo-soul and jazz, rhythms that enable her to find her own voice to address issues such as gender equality, as well as to think of herself.

Since her beginnings as an MC, Eli Almic has woven a steadily rising artistic trajectory as a singer, songwriter, rapper and actress. Her voice resonates with a unique versatility where melodies intertwine with urban stories and social reflections.

With the release of his first album “”””Hace Que Exista”””” in 2016, Eli captured the attention of audiences inside and outside Uruguay. With her single “”””Brujas”””” (2018) surpassed one million plays on Spotify, she consolidated herself as a leading figure in the feminist movement, gaining recognition from both the industry and artists such as Julieta Venegas, who invited her to share the stage in 2019.

In 2019 Eli performed at Primavera Pro and Primavera Sound in Barcelona, in 2020 she released “Días Así”, her most personal and risky album, in 2022 she was cover of Spotify’s Fresh Finds Latin playlist with her single “Soy Eli” and was selected to play at the Catalan festival Cultura Viva, of La Mercè festivities.

The year 2023 marked a milestone in his career, with collaborations in such prestigious events as Paris Fashion Week where his music was part of the new Chloè collection. Now, in 2024, Eli Almic is preparing to release his third album, promising an even more intimate and captivating listening experience.
