In the present discussions of the music industry and from the broadest sense of care, diversity, equity and inclusion emerge as indispensable principles to strengthen cultural organizations and spaces. This workshop/laboratory presents initiatives and tools that have been developed by different cultural projectors and that aim at cultural democratization for the populations.
