Paz Aparicio is a journalist by training. After 16 years in the Recoletos group, in the newspaper MARCA, she joined the Palacio de Deportes in 2006 as Commercial Director. In 2014 she took part in the new management tender, which was won by the UTE Impulsa Eventos e Instalaciones and, since then, she has been the director of the venue and shareholder of Impulsa.
Her main task is the management of the programming of the now Movistar Arena, which in recent years has been ranked among the Top 5 in the world, according to the ranking of the prestigious international magazine Pollstar, and as the first venue in Europe in ticket sales.
