Clara Pérez Miñones

Clara is the Account Director of the culture and entertainment team at Full Fat – one of the UK’s leading creative communications agencies in the UK. Clara leads the teams managing the music brands of Full Fat’s client roster including major names like Sziget, Beatport, Bilbao BBK Live, Kalorama Madrid, BIME and more.

Born and raised in A Coruña, Spain, Clara moved to Barcelona at a young age to find new work opportunities. During her time in the Catalan capital, she built connections within the cultural scene and decided to pursue a career in the music industry enrolling in a postgraduate course in Global Music Business Management at the UPF Barcelona. After finishing her studies, Clara landed an internship in the PR department at Sony Music Spain where she worked for almost 3 years. During this time Clara also freelanced for the Primavera Sound Festival (2016 and 2017) and co-ran a small agency promoting Nordic talent in Spain.

In 2019 she moved to London where she started working at agencies until today with client highlights including Jägermeister, Printworks London, Field Day, Independent Venue Week, London Jazz Cafe, Lionsgate+ and PRS for Music.

Outside of work, Clara is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others and since 2023 she has done public speaking at music industry conferences BIME Bogota and BIME Bilbao as well as a guest lecturer at the International Music Business School in Madrid and Barcelona. Other interests include art which has led Clara to become a visual artist and part-time fine art student at the Open University of Catalunya.
