[CLOSED]Open call for artists from all over the world to showcase their music to leading music supervisors during BIME Bilbao
In partnership with DISCO, BIME is excited to announce the Sync Pitch Session that will occur on Wednesday, October 30. If you are an artist or band, you may directly submit ONE SONG to our DISCO Inbox for the opportunity to have it played and discussed by a handful of world-renowned music supervisors, including George Drakoulias and Jonathan Finegold. The songs selected will be chosen from the first 500 submissions, but incomplete or repeat submissions will NOT be considered.
SUBMIT YOUR SONGFrom all the registered proposals, 12 will be selected to be presented during BIME Bilbao on 30 October 2024. During the listening party, each project will have 8 minutes to showcase their song and receive feedback from the music supervisors.
The call will be open from today, Monday 16th September, until Monday 30th September at 23:59 (Spanish time).
Specific rules of the call:
- Musical proposals from anywhere in the world.
- Be of legal age.

- Only one song per artist/publisher/producer can be registered…
- Call for entries open from Monday 16 September until 23:59h on Monday 24 September.
- The authors of the selected projects must be available to travel and be present on October 30th at BIME Bilbao.
- The authors of the selected projects must have BIME Bilbao accreditation. BIME Bilbao accreditation can be purchased at: https://bime.org/pro/tickets/
- The selection of the projects is made solely and exclusively by BIME and the Guild Of Music Supervisors.
- The results of the call will be communicated to all applicants via email between 9 and 12 October.

- Does my song need to be mastered and finalized? Song submissions do not need to be final, mixed releases. We are accepting unreleased, un-mixed or mastered songs as well as final versions.
- Can I submit multiple submissions? No, you can only submit one track once. Multiple submissions will automatically disqualify any of the work you’ve submitted for consideration.
- Do I need to be signed to a label, publisher, or distributor to participate? No, but if you’re signed with any folks, please list it in the Message section of questions above.
- Can I submit songs with explicit lyrics? Yes, but please mark it in the Message section of questions above if so.
- Can I submit a song if it’s not in English? Yes! We’re looking for a wide range of eclectic, international music from ticket-holders. Please keep in mind that if your PDF lyrics attachment does not include an English translation if your song is in another language, it will automatically be disqualified from consideration.
