Those selected will have the opportunity to showcase their talent to festival programmers, managers, journalists, and other key players in the music sector. In addition, they will also be able to take part in the three days of the congress program, where they can learn, interact with professionals from all areas of the music industry, and discover the latest trends in the sector.     Open call for La Demoscópica in Bilbao: BIME and Mondo Sonoro join forces to launch a call for artists and groups from the Basque Country (including Navarre).

    For the first time, Mondo Sonoro’s Demoscópicas arrive in Bilbao, in partnership with BIME. As part of BIME Live Bilbao 2025, we present a unique opportunity for an artist or group from the Basque Country (including Navarre) to be part of the event’s showcases, within a special edition of Mondo Sonoro’s iconic Demoscópica. A well-established platform for discovering and giving visibility to emerging talent, now with a presence at one of the most important gatherings in the music industry. REGISTER HERE BIME and Mondo Sonoro are launching an open call for groups and/or solo artists from the Basque Country currently in an international development phase to perform at the showcases of BIME Bilbao. This initiative will take place within a special edition of Mondo Sonoro’s Demoscópicas at BIME, held from October 28 to 30, with the aim of continuing to promote the export of Ibero-American talent. One artistic proposal will be selected to perform a showcase before a professional audience —both national and international— as part of the BIME Live program. En el marco de BIME Live Bilbao 2025, presentamos una oportunidad única para que un artista o agrupación nacional forme parte de los showcases del evento, dentro de una edición especial de la emblemática Demoscópica de Mondo Sonoro. Una plataforma consolidada para descubrir y dar visibilidad al talento emergente, ahora con presencia en uno de los encuentros más relevantes de la industria musical.     Convocatoria abierta para BIME Bilbao 2025 dirigida a artistas y bandas de Argentina

    BIME y El Instituto Nacional de la Música (INAMU) anuncian convocatoria para participar en los showcases de BIME Bilbao 2025, una de las ferias de música más importantes del continente, que se desarrolla en Colombia. INSCRÍBETE AQUÍ El Fomento Internacional del INAMU «Músicargentina» potencia la música argentina en el mundo, brindando apoyos para que artistas nacionales participen en las principales ferias y mercados internacionales. Esta convocatoria está dirigida a proyectos musicales de todos los estilos, en formato solista o banda. La Dirección Artística de BIME Bilbao seleccionará a dos (2) proyectos musicales para que realicen una presentación en vivo en sus showcases (el INAMU no participa en la selección de los proyectos). El evento se realizará del 28 al 31 de octubre del 2025. La inscripción se realiza desde el 14 hasta el 18 de julio del 2025, a través del Panel en el sitio web del INAMU. Requisitos: Los dos (2) proyectos musicales (solista o banda) elegidos por la Dirección Artística de BIME Bilbao participarán de forma presencial en el evento, compartirán escenario ofreciendo cada proyecto un showcase de 20 minutos de duración. Los proyectos contarán con acreditaciones para el acceso a la feria, espacios de vinculación, networking, conferencias. El INAMU cubrirá hasta dos pasajes aéreos Argentina-España-Argentina para cada proyecto seleccionado. BIME Bilbao facilitará los requerimientos técnicos, backline, para la realización de dos (2) showcases presenciales de los proyectos elegidos. Sobre los requisitos para participar:– Ser argentino/a/x o residente.– Estar inscripto/a/x en el Registro Único de Artistas Musicales del INAMU, previo a la inscripción en la convocatoria.     BIME and the Navarra Music Commission are launching a new call for artists and bands from the Comunidad Foral (Navarre) to perform at BIME Bilbao 2025, which will take place between October 28 and 31, 2025, in Bilbao. The registration period begins today, Wednesday, July 2, and will end on Thursday, July 31, at 11:59 p.m. The only requirement to participate in this call is to be registered on the website www.navarralivemusic.com. To register, you must send an email to info.navarramc@nicdo.es with the subject “Convocatoria BIME Bilbao 2025,” and include in the body of the message the link to the band’s profile on www.navarralivemusic.com, the name of the band, and a contact phone number.     [CLOSED] Open Call for BIME Bilbao 2025 for Spanish Companies and Solo Artists/Groups

    UFi, A.R.T.E, and PROMUSICAE, in collaboration with ICEX Spain Export and Investment, are organizing, under the Sounds From Spain umbrella, the Professional Meeting at the International BIME 2025 Fair. BIME will take place from October 28 to 31, 2025. This activity will be coordinated, once again, by UFi – Unión Fonográfica Independiente – and is supported by ICEX Spain Export and Investment and INAEM (National Institute of Performing Arts and Music). The application period for proposals, both for the showcase and for the professional meeting, will remain open until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025. The exclusive professional meeting between Spanish and international professionals, in a “speed meetings” format, will be organized according to the profile and business objectives of the Spanish participants. Its aim is to present the Spanish music offering to the most important international agents and assess the export potential of the artists and catalogues of Spanish companies. Additionally, a showcase of up to three Spanish artists, either solo or in groups, will be organized to complement the activity and present some of the best artistic proposals from our country to accredited professionals at BIME. The showcase will take place at a renowned concert venue in Bilbao, although both the venue and date are yet to be confirmed and will be announced later. Spanish companies interested in participating in the professional meeting and/or the promotional concert can send their application to the following email address: export@ufimusica.com, along with the documentation indicated in the call. A maximum of 18 Spanish professionals may take part in the meetings, while the maximum number of musical proposals for the showcase will be three Spanish bands. The participation fee for these activities is €85 + 21% VAT (€102.85) for Modality 1: professional meeting (speed meetings), and €325 + 21% VAT (€393.25) for Modality 2: showcase. All applicants must pay the registration fee (€85 + 21% VAT = €102.85), including those applying for Modality 2. Once the 3 companies participating in Modality 2 are selected, they will be notified, and within a maximum period of 3 days, they must pay and send proof of payment for the additional amount (€290.40) corresponding to this activity.

    BIME launches an open call for Latin American groups and/or solo artists who are in the process of international development to perform in the showcases of BIME Bilbao, which will take place between October 28 and 31, with the aim of continuing to promote the export of Ibero-American talent. Four artistic proposals will be selected to perform a showcase before a professional audience—national and international—as part of the BIME Live program. In addition, they will have access to the BIME Pro professional sessions. This is a tool to create connections and networking opportunities to continue facilitating the export of Latin talent abroad. The selection will be curated by the BIME programming team. The application period is open from today, June 3, 2025, until June 17, 2025. Don't miss this opportunity!
