I am an artist and/or part of a band. What do I have to do to participate/perform/play at BIME Live?

To participate as an artist/band you have to register in the calls that we launch for the showcases of each edition. We are publishing them little by little and you will find all the open ones in the News section of the web

How can I access the terms and conditions of the calls for proposals?

How do I buy my ticket/accreditation to attend BIME Pro?

You can purchase your ticket/accreditation in the TICKETS section of the web site.

How many tickets/accreditations can I buy per person?

Only 1 ticket/accreditation can be purchased per person because they are nominal.

I can’t buy my ticket/accreditation, the card gives me an error, …

If you have problems purchasing your ticket, please send us an email to pro@bime.org with the incident and the email with which you tried to purchase your ticket.

How can I contact you if I want to participate as a speaker at BIME Pro?

Email us at pro@bime.org and tell us about your experience in the industry and what kind of panel/talk you would like to participate in.

I am an institution/brand and I want to be a BIME partner, how can I do it?

Email us at pro@bime.org if you are part of an institution or brand and want to partner with BIME.

How can I get press accreditation to attend BIME?

All the information about the process to obtain your press accreditation can be found in the Press section of the website 

I am a BIME accredited professional, can I access the showcases?

Yes, with your accredited wristband you will be able to access all shows with priority access until full capacity is reached.

I am not accredited at BIME, do I need a ticket to access the showcases?

You’ll need to get a free ticket here (includes a €1 donation to support those affected by the earthquake in Colombia). With this QR code, you’ll be able to access all BIME Live 2026 concerts, subject to each venue’s capacity.

Can I access the talks/panels online after the BIME event?

Yes, all BIME Pro talks are uploaded to our online platform in each edition. You have more information about our online platform in this link
