Global President of HYBE Label Services at HYBE Juan S. Arenas is the President, HYBE Global Label Services at HYBE, where he drives strategic growth and operational excellence across the region. He has been instrumental in HYBE’s rapid expansion following its acquisition of Exile Music, overseeing the integration and growth that established HYBE Latin America. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its footprint across Mexico, the U.S., and Latin America, positioning HYBE as a dynamic force in the region’s evolving music landscape. In recognition of his impact on the music industry, Juan was named a Billboard 40 Under 40 honoree As Executive Producer of Pase a la Fama, Juan oversaw an unprecedented Spanish-language music competition developed in partnership with NBC Telemundo. The groundbreaking series is dedicated to discovering and launching the next major Regional Mexican band, seamlessly combining emerging talent with top-tier production values. Juan played a pivotal role as lead negotiator in securing the landmark deal that brought this ambitious project to fruition. In addition, Juan co-leads HYBE Latin America’s innovative boyband initiative, which fuses K-pop’s rigorous training methodology with Latin cultural influences to create the next global Latin pop sensation. Highlighted by Billboard, this project includes a reality series and the formation of a male pop band targeting audiences both in Latin America and worldwide. This endeavor exemplifies HYBE’s forward-thinking approach to artist development and regional market expansion. Before joining HYBE, Juan served as Chief Financial Officer at Exile Content, where he led financial strategy and spearheaded growth through M&A as well as organic expansion. He was a founding member of Boost Insurance, a venture-backed digital insurance platform, where he held leadership roles including Chief Growth Officer and Head of Operations, successfully scaling the company from seed stage to Series B funding. Juan’s diverse professional background also includes venture capital experience at IA Capital Group, focusing on fintech and insurtech sectors, as well as strategic leadership positions at Fusion Media Group, a Univision subsidiary. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Juan holds a degree in Economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
