Dianka

Dianka is an artist and songwriter from Barcelona who is building one of the most distinctive universes in Spain’s new indie pop scene. Her music combines pop and electronic sensibilities with influences from Spanish songwriting, the imagery of the 1960s and 1970s, and a strong narrative dimension.

Her new project, Cabriola, is an album shaped by literary influences, taking characters such as Don Quixote, Heidi and Pippi Longstocking as starting points to build her own universe around identity, imagination and freedom. It is a project that connects different generations and disciplines through a contemporary, theatrical and deeply personal perspective.
