Sistema Nervioso was born in the spring of 2023. What initially began as a side project for singer-songwriter Guille Solano ended up becoming one of the brightest hopes of the independent pop scene in Murcia. From the start, their coordinates were clear: pop/rock with a dance backbone, punk spirit, and a strong melodic foundation. Their music made room for influences like Talking Heads, Golpes Bajos, Perro, or LCD Soundsystem. But if there was something essential for the band, it was their identity—one that outshines any hint of artifice or pretension. In 2024 they released their first mini-album, S/N, where the experiment fully crystallized, and the list of influences grew to include names like Car Seat Headrest or Bloc Party. The result was a solid, fresh, and innovative repertoire that few could ignore: they won CreaMurcia, Región de Murcia Suena, and Rendibú, were nominated for the Murcia Music Awards, and have already performed both inside and outside the region on stages such as Warm Up Estrella de Levante, Noches del Malecón, Sound Isidro (Madrid), Antioxidante, and Microsonidos.
