Mixing electronic beats with Lusophone and global roots, Pedro da Linha performs in a live format, accompanied by musicians Pedro Ferreira on bass and electric guitar, and Zé Cruz on viola, pandeiro, percussion, and trumpet.
Currently, Pedro da Linha is cooking up his next album, promising to push the reinvention of his beats, melodies, and influences even further. His new track “Para Quê”, featuring vocals by Lucy Val, is the first lead single from the upcoming full-length release scheduled for 2026. At the same time, he continues to make his mark on international stages, having brought the energy of his sets this year to SONAR and Primavera Sound Porto, while also performing at major venues and festivals such as Fusion Festival in Berlin, Jazz Café in London, Fabrique in Milan, L’Aerosol in Paris, and Sala Caracol in Madrid.
Pedro da Linha is a producer, DJ, and composer who has been redefining Portuguese electronic music, crafting a unique sound that blends urban, African, and Latin rhythms. His stage name—chosen in homage to the Sintra railway line—reflects his connection to his roots in Damaia and the multicultural energy of Lisbon. His EP Dicas, released in 2024 by Enchufada, features four tracks with various collaborations. As a producer and songwriter, he has worked with prominent artists such as Ana Moura, Eu.Clides, and Pedro Mafama. As a DJ, he channels the energy of the golden age of Portuguese club culture, such as that represented by Príncipe Discos and Enchufada.
