Patricia Gabeiras has built her career around Financial Law and Cultural Law, two disciplines that do not always intersect but whose knowledge is undoubtedly essential in today’s society.
She is continuously involved in legislative advocacy, viewing law as a tool for social transformation and working closely with the public sector. She has participated in various working groups to draft legislative proposals related to tax incentives in the fields of culture and R&D&I, new Benefit and Common Interest Companies, and Impact Investing. Her commitment to gender equality has led the firm to represent professional women’s groups in the cultural sector.
She is President of Spainsif, the Spanish Forum for Sustainable Investment and Finance; Director of the Music Festivals Association (FMA); Founder and Vice-President of the Chus Gabeiras Foundation; and a member of the board of trustees of the Gabeiras Foundation for Law and Culture. Between 2016 and 2023, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Women in the Music Industry (MIM). She is also a member of Women Action Sustainability (WAS) and the Academic Council of the International Chair of Sustainable Finance at UPF Barcelona School of Management (Barcelona).
