I’m Patricia Lang, a sociologist by training and an event organiser by vocation. For years, I’ve worked behind the scenes at festivals, concerts and cultural projects, particularly in production, logistics and hospitality. I’ve been part of the teams behind festivals such as Flamenco On Fire, Mad Cool, Primavera Sound Madrid and Teatrodix Phestibal, and I’ve also worked as a road manager, accompanying artists and bands.
Before fully immersing myself in this world, I spent years designing tailor-made trips, so organising routes, coordinating schedules, solving unexpected issues and making sure everyone gets where they need to be — preferably on time and happy — has become something of a speciality.
I studied Sociology at the University of Havana and later completed a master’s degree in Event Management, Protocol and Business Tourism. I enjoy working with people, finding solutions and keeping an eye on those small details that make everything run smoothly.
