Business administrator, expert in Marketing Management. She has studies in finance and pedagogy.
She holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Studies from Eafit University.
She has held various leadership positions, such as Dean of the Faculty of Business and Marketing Studies at Esumer, Strategic Marketing Manager at Comfenalco Antioquia, Commercial and Marketing Manager at the Financial Division of Grupo Casa Británica, Leader in Planning and Quality at the Municipal Urban Development Company, Head of Marketing and Advertising at Comfama, Director of Employment and Entrepreneurship at Comfama, and she is currently Director of Culture at the same organization.
She participates on boards of directors such as Corporación Cocrea, the entity that manages the incentive mechanism for Colombia’s cultural sector; Corporación Perpetuo Socorro – Medellín’s Creative District; and Fundación Juan del Corral, which works to promote culture and education.
In her current role, she has led projects such as ELPAUER, a platform for the development of companies in the music and audiovisual sectors; Bodega Comfama, a cultural entrepreneurship hub in the city’s creative district; and other cultural sector programs such as libraries, cultural centers, theaters, and a publishing house.
She also leads events in Antioquia, including the Hay Festival Jericó, the Animation Festival and Market, the Philosophy Festival, the Theater and Music Festival, Street Arts, among others.
