I hold dual degrees in Law and Business Administration and Management from Rey Juan Carlos University. I also have a master's degree in Artist Representation and Image Rights from the same university.
I have over 12 years of experience in artist representation, event organisation and concert management.
Throughout these years, I have developed expertise in sales, advertising and business development within the music and entertainment industries. I consider myself a dynamic and proactive professional, with experience working in startups and digital environments.
During my time at Wegow, I worked in Business Development, managing the artist management and booking divisions, as well as the production of concerts and brand events.
I won the first edition of the Telefónica Foundation's "Think Big" social entrepreneurship programme, as well as Philip Morris's "Es tu oportunidad" competition. These experiences marked the beginning of my career in music, when I founded my own artist management agency, High Fidelity.
Together with the Wegow team, we received the CEPYME Award in 2017, The Awards in 2018 and the On Bizkaia Award in 2019.
During my time as Project Manager at the concert promotion company Emotional Events, I managed the entire sponsorship and brand partnerships area, the hospitality operations at festivals, and new projects for the promoter.
I currently work as an A&R at the record label Acqustic, helping artists on the roster achieve their goals by advising and supporting them throughout their artistic careers.
Over the years, I have learned the value of teamwork in a highly dynamic environment and how to overcome the challenges that startups face in the market. I value honesty, teamwork and dedication in my colleagues.
