Núria Sempere Comas

Núria Sempere has a solid career in the field of music education, committed to democratizing access to artistic practice and institutional innovation. She has held leadership positions in institutions within the Catalan education system, leading projects in academic management, digital transformation, and community cohesion.

She holds a PhD from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and a Master’s in Public Management from ESADE. She has served as Director of EMMCA, professor at ESMUC, and founding President of ACEM. Currently, she is the General Director of ESMUC and Vice President of ACESEA.
