Nuria Net is a journalist and entrepreneur with an extensive career in media in the United States and Spain. She is the founder and CEO of Shake It Easy Media, a bilingual content studio specializing in narratives and formats for Latino audiences worldwide. In 2024, Nuria launched the platform Las Cosmos, a new digital media outlet for experimental narratives that celebrates Latino voices and experiences in Spain through a variety of formats: podcasts, short-form content, newsletters, live events, and WhatsApp communities. She has produced bilingual shows for Amazon Music, Audible, Podimo, and the Latin Recording Academy. She is the creator and executive producer of the award-winning audio documentary series Punk In Translation, about the vital yet overlooked role of Latino musicians in punk music history, winner of an Ondas Global del Podcast Award. An expert in Latin music, Nuria is one of the founders of Remezcla, the leading Latino digital media outlet, launched in New York in 2006, where she served as content director. A graduate of Columbia Journalism School, Nuria has worked at Univision, MTV, and The New York Times, and has written for Rolling Stone and Billboard. She was named one of Spain’s “50 Best in Podcasting” by Forbes magazine in both 2023 and 2024.
