Milagros Amorena is the Managing Director of Altafonte for Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. She has over 12 years of experience across different roles in the music industry, spanning production, global marketing strategy, A&R, and commercial areas, which has allowed her to develop a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective on the business.
An Argentine national based in Buenos Aires, she has a deep and versatile understanding of the city’s ever-evolving music scene—its most vibrant sounds, trends, venues, and the identity of the artists and key figures who shape it. A music lover, she identifies opportunities through listening and is inspired by projects with a strong identity, capable of fostering culture and generating impact.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and constant pursuit of new challenges, she founded and led the marketing agency Zarpa, specializing in developing strategies for artists and entertainment content. That same spirit is reflected in the way she has led Altafonte’s office over the past four years, applying a multidisciplinary approach to the development and support of both local and international artists in order to expand the reach of music.
