He holds a degree in Law from the University of Navarra and is a practicing lawyer and member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Pamplona. He is the firm’s managing partner and founder, having established the firm after working at other prestigious law firms, including Garrigues.
He has extensive experience in tax and legal advisory, both from the perspective of companies and individuals, under both common and regional tax regulations. He has been involved in and mediated major M&A transactions, designing the strategy to ensure the successful completion of each transaction. In 2023, the prestigious US-based Best Lawyers directory recognized him as Best Lawyer of the Year in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions category. That year, in Spain and in this category, only thirteen lawyers received this distinction.
He has also taught at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid as an expert in tax structures for audiovisual productions. In this field, he has spoken at various courses and conferences organized by the NAVARRA AUDIOVISUAL CLUSTER, among others. He is also part of the cluster’s team working with the Regional Treasury of Navarre on drafting legislative proposals in this area.
