Henry Semler is an emerging artist whose career combines musical and stage talent. Originally from the United States, he began exploring his passion for music at the age of 14, inspired by artists such as James Taylor and John Mayer. In Barcelona, he specialised in contemporary and classical dance at the Conservatori de Dansa de Barcelona.
Taking advantage of Barcelona’s vibrant music scene, Henry honed his live performance skills by playing in bars and clubs, while also expanding his abilities by learning to play the piano. In 2020, he decided to move to Madrid to launch his solo career, marking the beginning of a new creative chapter. Since then, he has released several singles and an EP that reflect his intimate and personal style.
His participation in Benidorm Fest 2025 as one of the 16 selected artists marked an important step in his career. With his song ‘No lo ves’, he presented a unique stage concept designed to be immersive and to create a deep connection with the audience.
Following his appearance at the festival, Henry released ‘GANADOR’ and ‘PERDEDOR’, a double single portraying the emotional rollercoaster of love, followed by his collaboration with Yoli Saa on “Quererte Aquí”, “Tus amigas”, “RECIPROCIDAD” and “Para mi amor”, one of the most personal and emotional songs on the project.
He recently released LOVERBOY, his highly anticipated debut album, a project that blends American-rooted music with the contemporary perspective of a young artist based in Spain. Through love songs, personal stories and a sound that moves between past and present, the album takes listeners on an emotional journey through different stages of love.
