Fatima Pissarra

At the helm of Brazil’s largest agency specializing in influencer marketing and entertainment, psychologist, journalist, and marketing professional Fátima Pissarra boasts over 25 years of experience, having worked with major companies such as BCP, Claro, Terra, Nokia, and VEVO.

Fátima was also a pioneer in bringing the Internet to Brazil: she joined the web testing group in 1996 at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and from there built a highly successful career in the field. Today she is recognized as one of the market’s leading digital marketing experts.

In 2012 she decided to become an entrepreneur and founded Music2!, a company specializing in music projects for brands and the exclusive VEVO representative in Brazil. In 2017 she launched Mynd, in partnership with Preta Gil and Carlos Scappini, which helps companies and agencies identify opportunities, plan strategies, and execute digital entertainment and influencer marketing projects. Mynd works with an exclusive roster of over 400 influencers and a team of more than 400 collaborators who today deliver some of the market’s most innovative campaigns. The media dubbed her “the influencer of influencers” for the revolution she sparked in Brazil’s influencer marketing landscape.

Mynd, with a focus on diversity, has over 70% of its staff comprised of women, Black people, and LGBTQIAP+ individuals, ensuring a pluralistic perspective in every project. In 2022, Mynd received the IGUAL Seal from the Women’s Music Event (WME)—a milestone for gender equality in music, recognizing professionals, companies, and festivals that foster a fairer, more equitable market by actively hiring women, trans, and non‑binary people for their teams and lineups in Brazil.

In 2021, Fátima was nominated as Communication Industry Leader at the Caboré Awards. In 2022 she published the book Profession Influencer – How to Succeed Inside and Outside the Internet, was named one of the communication market’s “Game Changers,” recognized as one of Women to Watch Brazil, included in Bloomberg Línea’s list of the 500 Most Influential People in Latin America, and cited as one of the 100 Top Leaders in the advertising market and among the 25 people who most impacted Brazil’s technology sector. In 2023 she was nominated for the Na Telinha Award in the Best Executive category—competing against leaders from major national and international broadcast and cable TV networks. In January 2024, Nexxt Media Research named her one of the most influential people in technology in Brazil for 2023.

Alongside her work at Mynd, Fátima balances her professional life with motherhood; she is the mother of three children: Carolina, 17; and twins Luiz and Beatriz, 10.
