Fabio Palma

Global Manager, Networker and Strategic Alliances Specialist, with a foundation in Institutional Communication and in Business Administration & Sustainability. Most of my professional journey has unfolded within the creative and cultural world, where I’ve had the chance to work globally, embrace new challenges, and continuously expand my responsibilities.

Over the years, I’ve built strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and guiding diverse teams across different countries and cultures.

My path has taken me from roles at WWF to a long chapter within the IED network. I started as a teacher at IED Barcelona, then moved to Brazil — a country I called home for ten years — where I eventually became CEO of IED Brazil. In 2020, I returned to Europe as Global Partnerships Manager for the broader IED Network.

Beyond my core roles, I’ve also served as an advisor and external expert for global organisations, NGOs, and public institutions, including the Carrot Collective in Singapore and the Rio de Janeiro City Council.

As of April 2025, I’m the Director of the Regional Hub Southwest at EIT Culture & Creativity
