Carolina Rodríguez

Carolina Rodríguez (Alicante, 1975) has spent almost twenty years passionately dedicated to the music industry. She began her career on the European independent music scene, managing tours and festivals. In 2009, she co-founded Producciones Baltimore, the promoter behind renowned events such as Low Festival, Warm Up, Spring Festival, Fuzzville! and GetMad!, where she served as co-director until 2023.

That same year, she decided to take a new direction in her career and join the association sector as Director of Communication and New Projects at APM, the Spanish association of music promoters. In this role, she drives music innovation and internationalisation initiatives to strengthen the sector. Her career combines strategic vision, creativity and a strong belief in the transformative power of live music.
