 In the music industry, professional relationships often grow from deep personal bonds, which can be both a strength and a risk. From long-term loyalty to painful breakups, the emotional weight behind the work is rarely addressed. In this panel, moderated by Rosana Corbacho (M.I. Therapy) with the participation of Ned Beckett (Little Big) and Andrea Faroppa (SONAR +D), we explore what it truly takes to maintain strong and healthy teams. Drawing on both challenging and successful experiences, we examine how conflict, loneliness, and mental health affect workplace relationships, and what leaders can do to foster trust, care, and resilience in agencies, festivals, and artist teams.
