[CLOSED] BIME Live x AECID: call for solo artists and bands from Latin America to perform at BIME Bogotá 2026

BIME, in collaboration with the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), opens the call for solo artists and bands from Latin America —except Colombia*— to apply to perform a showcase at the fifth edition of BIME Bogotá, which will take place in Colombia’s capital from May 5 to 7, 2026. Bands and solo artists interested in participating must complete the following application form. The registration period will be open from January 16 to February 16 at 11:59 p.m. (Colombia time). Five projects will be selected by the BIME Live programming team. In addition, the five selected solo artists and/or bands will have the opportunity to benefit from accreditations granting access to the BIME Pro program and to take part in the three days of the conference, where they will be able to meet and interact with professionals from all areas of the music industry. Thanks to the collaboration between BIME Live and AECID, one night of accommodation will be covered for the selected acts, and a travel grant will be provided. Airport–hotel transfers will also be included. The results will be communicated to all submitted proposals via email. You can consult the terms and conditions here.
