She currently serves as Superintendent of Arts and Culture at the Baruta Mayor’s Office, with over 18 years of experience in directing and producing corporate and cultural events in public spaces. In recent years, she has driven initiatives that bring art closer to local communities, encourage citizen participation and establish culture as a space for connection and integration. She is firmly committed to national artistic talent, creating platforms where artists can showcase their work, connect with audiences and find new opportunities for professional development.

Xènia Tena is Label Manager at the record label Satélite K, where she has been developing music projects since 2018, from release strategy and planning to project development and coordination. With a broad perspective on the music industry, she connects artists, teams and opportunities to help each project reach its full potential. Her experience also includes live music production and music publishing management, covering both copyright and neighbouring rights, as well as identifying synchronisation opportunities.

Jose Antonio Vargas

Degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Master’s in Human Resources from the Complutense University of Madrid, and an MBA from IESE. He has built his entire career in the insurance sector, working with different players across the industry, which has given him a comprehensive understanding of the sector. He began his career working for the insurance industry’s lobbying organization and later founded what would become the largest insurance training company. He subsequently worked for multinational insurance companies before founding Summa Correduría, which joined Acrisure as a platform to drive the development and growth in Spain of one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerages.
