Diálogos: Hector Fuertes

In this episode of Diálogos, we meet Héctor Fuertes, a performing artist and dancer currently on tour with Judeline. Héctor explores the balance between physical strain and emotional release, delivering cathartic performances that leave a lasting impact. He shares his creative process—grounded in improvisation, imagination, and collaboration—and how he has developed onstage synergy with Lara through constant communication and mutual trust. He also reflects on the challenges of protecting choreographic work in the digital age and questions the effects of platforms like TikTok on artistic integrity and visibility. This conversation opens a window into the vital role of movement in today’s music landscape. It highlights the importance of embracing live performance, valuing dance as a central art form, and creating space for performers who bring depth and narrative to contemporary music experiences.
