I’m a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, specializing in distribution, publishing, copyrights, licensing, and operational strategy. Most recently, as Global Copyrights Director at Alpha Capital and previously as COO, I led large-scale growth and innovation across diverse areas including digital distribution, marketing, brand development, and rights management. I’ve helped expand operations from 3 to 37 brands, managed 100+ team members across 7 countries, and led digital transformation initiatives that significantly improved performance and revenue—achieving 28% and 40% year-over-year collection growth. My work has included catalog structuring, dispute resolution, global registration, and music licensing for film and TV, including a sync in Marvel’s Moon Knight. I’ve built strong partnerships across the industry, working closely with DSPs, PROs, NROs, MROs, SaaS platforms, and a broad network of global stakeholders.
